ENACT HQIM
For districts strengthening their use of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). We build the capacity of teacher-leaders to lead curriculum-focused collaboration through a year-long Fellowship of training and coaching, so they can run content-rich team meetings that drive rigor and equitable outcomes. Expert modeling, gradual release, and sustained coaching build a lasting pipeline of curriculum leaders across schools.

Special Education
For schools and districts strengthening special education through direct support to staff. We build educator and leader capacity through our Special Education Professional Development Series, combined with Capacity Building and Instructional Coaching to lock in the learning. Each strand can run on its own or together as a full-service model for inclusive practice.
