Sister organization
Arcadia Schools, a model we built, now standing on its own.
Arcadia is a new Texas charter school created and incubated at School Empowerment Network and now standing up as a sister organization we work closely with. It reimagines the classroom around teams of 6 educators and 60 students, daily collaborative planning, an internal teacher pipeline, and the strategic use of AI, blending proven instructional practices with future-facing skills. Arcadia opens its doors in fall 2026.
The classroom
6 educators · 60 students per learning space, allowing flexible grouping, more small-group instructional time, and targeted intervention and extension.
The talent pipeline
An internal teacher pipeline built into the model: recruiting new teachers from student communities and developing them on the job.
The launch
$2 million-plus already secured, with Superintendent Mohamad Maarouf advancing site selection, hiring, and recruitment.
