IDENTIFY TALENT

  • Recognize and develop educators who have demonstrated interest and the potential to become highly effective school leaders. 

BUILD A PIPELINE

  • Provide aspiring educators with equitable access to SEZP’s school leadership pipeline.

BUILD COHESION

  • Build cohesion and alignment within school teams, so they work together purposefully and intentionally to achieve the same school-wide goals.

FOSTER DIVERSITY

  • Promote–in congruence with SEZP’s vision for more equitable and inclusive schools–leaders with identities that mirror those of the children served.
