Recognize and develop educators who have demonstrated interest and the potential to become highly effective school leaders.
BUILD A PIPELINE
Provide aspiring educators with equitable access to SEZP’s school leadership pipeline.
BUILD COHESION
Build cohesion and alignment within school teams, so they work together purposefully and intentionally to achieve the same school-wide goals.
FOSTER DIVERSITY
Promote–in congruence with SEZP’s vision for more equitable and inclusive schools–leaders with identities that mirror those of the children served.
