Sister organization
Arcadia Schools, a model we built, now standing on its own.
Arcadia is a new Texas charter school created and incubated at School Empowerment Network and now standing up as a sister organization we work closely with. It reimagines the classroom around teams of 6 educators and 60 students, daily collaborative planning, an internal teacher pipeline, and the strategic use of AI, blending proven instructional practices with future-facing skills. Arcadia opened its doors in August 2026 and is now serving students in school year 2026-27.
The classroom
6 educators · 60 students per learning space, allowing flexible grouping, more small-group instructional time, and targeted intervention and extension.
The talent pipeline
An internal teacher pipeline built into the model: recruiting new teachers from student communities and developing them on the job.
Now open
Arcadia opened in August 2026 under Superintendent Mohamad Maarouf and stands on its own as a sister organization. Its first campus is a proof point: the school that shows what the model can do, refines it, and helps it grow in the decade ahead.
