New School Design
For leaders launching a new school or fundamentally redesigning an existing one. A three-year Fellowship gives them the time and space to develop a detailed plan for a new, high-quality, inclusive school, along with the leadership and change-management skills to lead the community through it. At least two years of post-opening support help schools navigate the challenges that can derail the work as they bring the vision to life.
Early Childhood
For districts building or strengthening their early-childhood programs. We help align programs to the Science of Early Learning, building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and other kindergarten-readiness skills. Our approach combines professional development, instructional-leader coaching, and train-the-trainer resources to strengthen instruction, retain educators, and improve program design.
