Develop Leaders

Leadership is the lever.

We partner with superintendents, cabinet members, sitting principals, instructional leadership teams, and aspiring next-level leaders to build the kind of capacity that sustains strong schools long after the engagement ends.

Our programs

One pipeline, every stage.

Three programs that develop leaders at every stage, from early-career educators to the principals already in role.

Teach to Lead

Multi-year fellowship

For early-career educators, typically in their second through fifth years, nominated by their school leaders for instructional strength and leadership potential. We strengthen their instructional expertise and core leadership skills, then give them progressively more substantive, school-based leadership responsibilities. The fellowship combines cohort-based learning, individualized coaching, and job-embedded leadership practice.

Aspiring Leaders

Year-long applied program

For mid-level leaders ready for their next role: instructional coaches, deans, and assistant principals. Over one year, each participant runs a real teacher-coaching cycle and a school-improvement initiative in their own building, developing instructional leadership and continuous-improvement skills. The program follows a 70-20-10 model with weekly coaching and quarterly performance gates that build to a capstone.

Pathways to Leadership

Year-long partnership

For sitting principals, assistant principals, and the instructional leadership teams around them. We help schools build teams of highly effective instructional leaders who raise student performance through the cultivation of excellent teaching, strengthening both school leadership and the district talent pipeline. The partnership combines twice-monthly ILT coaching, weekly 1:1 leadership coaching, and monthly cross-district convenings.
