Kate Carroll (Program Director)

Kate Carroll has spent the last 20 years as an educator and leader, serving as a teacher, dean, curriculum & professional developer, and founding middle school principal. During her tenure as principal, her school consistently achieved among the highest academic and student belonging results within the Achievement First Charter School Network. Most recently, Kate has coached school leaders nationwide to create inclusive and joyful school environments where student learning thrives. Kate holds a BM in vocal performance from The Ohio State University and an MST from Pace University. Kate also completed the National Principal Academy Fellowship at Relay Graduate School of Education.
