Kate Carroll (Program Director)

Kate Carroll is a dedicated educator with over 14 years of leadership experience. She has served in prominent roles, including Founding Principal at Achievement First and Senior Director of Elementary Instructional Teams. Driven by a passion for empowering school leaders, Kate specializes in coaching, curriculum design, and implementing people-first strategies to achieve meaningful results in schools. She earned a Master’s in Elementary Education from Pace University and a Bachelor’s in Opera from The Ohio State University, combining her unique background to foster impactful educational growth.
